Foodie Friday: use the power of oatmeal

Oatmeal is a good source of carbs and fibre. It also contains more protein and fat than most other grains and is packed with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. This makes oats the most nutrient-rich food I know. As an athlete, that’s what you need.”
