After the great success in Norway, CCC-Liv is travelling further south. This Saturday, the orange squad will race in the GP in Plouay in Brittany, France. This one-day classic (128.8 kilometres) consists of six laps of 16.8 kilometres each and two laps of 13.9 kilometres each. CCC-Liv starts with Valerie Demey, Inge van der Heijden, Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio and Pauliena Rooijakkers.
Sports director Hugo Brenders: “The GP de Plouay is a great race for us. The race is tough, the final often results in unprecedented endurance battle. Although we start with four riders, we still have ambitions. With Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio and Pauliena Rooijakkers, we have two riders who can normally get far. Hopefully they will be able to make a difference in the final and deliver CCC-Liv, with support from the rest, again success.”
